The challenge

SquadX operated across multiple connected products, including a mobile app, public website and supplier portal. Different teams needed one place to update content, manage activities, publish blogs, monitor platform usage, handle support requests and review payment statuses. The platform also needed to give SEO specialists control over website content and metadata without depending on developers for every update.

The solution

We worked on a custom CMS that brought content and operational tools into one admin platform. Teams could manage content across the mobile app, website and supplier portal, while dashboards displayed active users, traffic and activity data through clear statistics and graphs.

The CMS also supported activity management, reusable email templates, incoming support messages, blog publishing and SEO metadata. Payment monitoring was included so authorized users could review transaction details and confirm whether payments had succeeded or failed.

The results
